The ZONESUN ZS-WIM01 is a high-speed induction wad inserting machine designed for plastic bottle caps. Using a rotary indexer with a star wheel, it efficiently positions caps for liner placement. A vacuum head picks and inserts precut induction wads from a magazine into each cap with precision. Suitable for both flat and conical caps, this machine is ideal for sealing applications in food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical packaging. Its compact design and integrated cap feeder ensure smooth, continuous operation at up to 3000 pieces per hour.
