The ZONESUN ZS-ACF6 is a high-performance inline carbonated beverage filling machine, designed for carbonated beverages such as beer, sparkling wine, soda water, and kombucha. It also supports still drinks, offering flexible production capabilities.

With a filling speed of 25-35 bottles per minute (depending on bottle size), this machine is suitable for both hard plastic and glass bottles. BACKFLOW FILLING

Excess liquid flows back to the storage tank to maintain an even filling level. Multiple filling heads are customizable.

STORAGE HOPPER

A float ball triggers automatic pumping when the liquid level drops below the set point. This function is used only for still-beverage filling.

CHAIN CONVEYOR

The conveyor length and width can be customized according to production requirements, and the chain design provides greater load capacity.

FEEDING PUMP

Supplies still beverages to the storage tank as needed.
