ZONESUN ZS-FAL180X17 Automatic Perfume Bottle Feeding Filling Capping and Labeling Line
Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180X17 Automatic Perfume Filling, Capping and Labeling Line is designed for automated packaging of perfume and other compatible low-viscosity liquids in small bottles. The system integrates automatic bottle grouping and uprighting, dual-head peristaltic pump filling, automatic cap placement and capping, bottle transfer, and horizontal labeling into one continuous production process. The filling section handles recommended volumes of 15–150 ml with an output of approximately 40 bottles/min and filling accuracy of ≤±1%, while customizable filling nozzles accommodate different bottle openings and help reduce splashing. After capping, bottles are transferred to the horizontal labeling system, where they are rotated during labeling for accurate and consistent label application.
