The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180Z9 is an automatic granule filling and bottling line designed for efficient packaging of granular and particulate products into bottles. The integrated system combines bottle unscrambling, material feeding, quantitative filling, capping, coding, foil sealing, labeling and finished-bottle collection into a coordinated production workflow.
Designed for applications in food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and chemical industries, the line helps reduce manual handling while improving filling consistency and overall production efficiency. The filling system and line configuration can be adapted according to granule characteristics, bottle dimensions, cap type, filling weight and required production capacity.

Bottles are automatically fed into the production line and transferred through granule filling, capping, coding, sealing and labeling processes. Each machine is coordinated through the conveyor system to create a continuous automatic bottling workflow.
