The ZONESUN ZS-SLJ8 Automatic 8-Channel Tablet & Capsule Counting Machine counts compatible solid products and dispenses the preset quantity into bottles. An eight-channel vibratory feeder separates and guides products through an infrared photoelectric counting section, while the conveyor positions bottles for filling.
Designed for tablet, capsule and supplement packaging workflows, the machine offers a reference output of 20–40 bottles/min. Actual capacity depends on product size, flow, pieces per bottle and the bottle format. Gummies and other sticky or irregular products require sample confirmation.

The illustrated applications include tablets, capsules and other small solid products. Gummies and sticky, irregular or dusty materials require sample testing to confirm separation, flow and counting performance.

30 L Feeding Hopper
