Description
This automatic labeling machine is used for sticking tamper evident labels on the corner of products like electronics, cosmetics. It can label stickers on the double side of products (includes hanging boxes), high labeling accuracy and high working speed.

The digital control panel makes working data be visual and can be customized into different kinds of operation language. The PLC control panels makes it more convenient when debugging machine and can watch the working status of the machine in real time.
With double heads labeling structure, these are used for sticking labels on the top side of products. The brush can ensure there is no bubbles under stickers.
This structure is used to fold the extra label (on the top side) of the box edge to the box side and realize the tamper evident labeling. The working height can be adjusted as production need.
The adjusting components are put together and the labeling position can be adjusted easier, this improves labeling accuracy.
The label sensor is designed for detecting labels and control the machine to separate label stickers automatically. The sensitivity of sensor can be adjusted according to the label.
