ZONESUN ZS-FMYG1 Powder Filling & Capping Line with Servo Auger System

The ZONESUN ZS-FMYG1 is an automatic auger powder filling and capping line designed for efficient and consistent bottling of powdered products. The integrated system combines bottle unscrambling, servo-controlled auger filling, automatic cap feeding and cap pressing/sealing into a coordinated production workflow.

The servo auger filling system provides controlled powder dosing and can be configured according to powder characteristics, filling weight, container dimensions and required production capacity. Automatic bottle and cap handling helps reduce manual operation and supports stable continuous production.

Suitable for a wide range of powdered products, the ZS-FMYG1 can operate as a complete filling and capping system or be integrated with powder feeding, labeling, coding, inspection and finished-product collection equipment to create a customized automatic powder bottling line.

Complete Line Workflow

Bottle Unscrambling → Bottle Feeding → Servo Auger Powder Filling → Automatic Cap Feeding → Cap Placement → Cap Pressing / Sealing → Finished Product Collection

Empty bottles are automatically organized and transferred to the servo auger filling station for quantitative powder dosing. Caps are then automatically supplied and positioned before pressing or sealing to complete the primary packaging process.

The line can be customized according to powder characteristics, filling weight, bottle size, cap type and required production capacity. Optional powder feeding, labeling, coding, inspection and collection systems can also be integrated for a more complete automatic production solution.
