CUTTING STRUCTURE
Utilizes high-precision mechanical cutters to instantly cut the sealed film tube in real time, separating it into individual finished liquid pouches.
DISCHARGE CONVEYOR
Receives individual finished pouches after cutting and utilizes an inclined belted conveyor with cleated flights to steadily transport them to the collection area in real time.
FEEDING & PRINTING
Feeds labels, performs real-time printing, and rewinds waste liner to enable smooth, continuous print and apply labeling.
LABEL HEAD
