INFEED

The machine is equipped with a cap feeder system that ensures a steady supply of caps for the capping process. The cap slide incorporates a sensor for cap detection, ensuring efficient and reliable operation by preventing issues related to cap supply shortages.

 

CAP PLACEMENT

This feature eliminates the need for manual cap placement, saving time and reducing labor costs. The bottles seamlessly carry the caps and undergo a smooth and efficient capping process, ensuring consistent and accurate cap positioning.

SEALING

The caps go through a pre-tightening stage in the limiting cap guide, facilitated by foot pressure and pre-sealing blocks. This step ensures secure positioning of the caps before the final sealing process. The differential belt pressure plate then tightly seals the caps using two differential flat belts, guaranteeing consistent and reliable sealing results.

STEAM & VACUUM

The integration of steam injection and vacuum technology guarantees airtight and hygienic sealing. The steam injection area replaces the air in the bottle neck with high-speed steam, eliminating any potential contaminants. The subsequent vacuum sealing process ensures a reliable and secure seal, preserving the quality and freshness of the packaged products.
