ZONESUN ZS-LP750 Rotary Bottle Unscrambler for Plastic & Glass Bottles

The ZONESUN ZS-LP750 is an automatic rotary bottle unscrambler designed to organize and continuously feed empty bottles onto automated bottling and packaging lines. Its compact rotary turntable design provides stable bottle feeding while reducing manual bottle handling at the beginning of the production process.

With a 755 mm rotary plate and adjustable bottle handling configuration, the machine can be customized according to different bottle dimensions and production requirements. It supports working speeds of approximately 20–80 bottles/min, depending on bottle size, shape and line configuration.

The ZS-LP750 can operate as a standalone bottle feeding unit or be connected with filling, capping, labeling and other downstream packaging equipment to create a coordinated automatic bottling line.
