Cap Grabbing Feeder

The cap grabbing structure can imitate human hand to grab bottle caps and put it on bottles,this can prevent from scratching bottle caps and improves working accuracy.

Capping Head

Made of four rubber wheels, it is suitable for various shapes of caps, such as dropper bottle caps, sprayer bottle caps. The working height of machine can be adjusted as needed.

Vibratory Bowl Feeder

Equipped with vibratory bowl feeder,it can help to arrange and feed bottle caps before capping work, reducing production labor and error. It should be customized according to cap size.

Conveyor Belt

With chain conveyor belt, it has large loading capacity, which can transport bottles stably. The width and conveying speed of it can be adjusted as needed.
