The ZONESUN ZS-A02 Pneumatic Paste Filling Machine is designed for precise, hygienic filling of high-viscosity products such as honey, cream, soap, and sauces. Its food-grade stainless steel construction and rugged rotary valve system ensure durability and compliance with GMP standards.

This manual paste and liquid filler adopts a piston structure. It can fill paste and liquid from 5-50ml/10-100ml. The filler can fill liquid, fluid food, lubricating oil, shampoo, cosmetics products, and so on. It is widely used in the cosmetic and food industries.

SIMPLE OPERATION

After connecting the air compressor, adjust the filling condition. Press the on/off button to turn on the machine.Then use the pedal switch to actuate the filler.
