Description

The ZONESUN ZS-JTB80 High-Speed Automatic Tin Can Labeling Machine is designed for continuous wrap-around labeling of cylindrical tinplate cans using pre-cut labels. Cans are conveyed horizontally and rotated during labeling, while the automatic glue system applies adhesive to the can surface and label end for secure attachment. With a labeling speed of 80–400 cans/min, it supports can diameters of Φ40–170 mm, heights up to 250 mm, and both hot melt and quick-drying adhesives. Servo-controlled label feeding, photoelectric glue detection, and a high-speed rolling system provide stable labeling for continuous tin can production lines. The subsequent stage can be connected with the automatic box packing and stacking process.
