Description

The ZONESUN ZS-MSZH20L Automatic Mailer Box Folding and Forming Machine is designed for automatic picking, transferring, folding, and forming of mailer boxes, cardboard trays, and similar packaging boxes. Operating at 20–30 pcs/min, it combines servo motor control, PLC touchscreen operation, vacuum box picking, bottom forming, and side folding in one automated process. Different box sizes can be handled through machine adjustment without replacing molds, helping shorten changeover time and making it ideal for flexible multi-size packaging production. It can work alone or connect with filling, labeling, coding, weighing and other production equipment. Hot melt glue sealing and an upward-opening safety cover are optional.
