The ZONESUN ZS-AFC883B Automatic Beer Bottle Rinsing, Filling and Capping Machine is designed for automatic packaging of beer and carbonated beverages in glass bottles, integrating bottle rinsing, isobaric filling, crown cap feeding and crimping, and light inspection into one continuous system. The standard configuration features a 16-head bottle rinsing system, 12-head isobaric filling system, and 6-head crown capping system, providing an output of approximately 2000–3000 bottles/hour. The balanced-pressure filling system helps reduce foaming and maintain consistent liquid levels, while automatic crown cap feeding and crimping provide secure bottle sealing.
