Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FS100L is a compact vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machine designed for precise paste and liquid dosing and automatic sachet packaging. It integrates film pulling, bag forming, rotor pump filling, and heat sealing into a single streamlined unit. Operating at 30–50 sachets per minute with ±1% filling accuracy, it supports a filling range of 5–100 ml. It is ideal for the food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries to package specific products such as honey, ketchup, chili sauce, jam, shampoo, lotion, face cream, laundry detergent, and medicinal ointments into efficient, small-dose laminated film sachets.
