ZONESUN ZS-LPR40 Automatic Robotic Bottle Unscrambler with Vision Detection and Recirculating Feeding System
Description
The ZONESUN ZS-LPR40 Automatic Robotic Bottle Unscrambler automatically organizes randomly loaded empty bottles and delivers them upright to downstream equipment. Using industrial vision and a Delta robotic pick-and-place system, it identifies bottle position and orientation, picks up horizontal bottles, rotates them upright, and places them into individual holders on the output conveyor. Unpicked bottles are automatically detected and recirculated, reducing manual handling and material waste. Suitable for round, square, and irregular-shaped bottles.

Key Features
Automatic Bottle Feeding System
Randomly arranged bottles are automatically elevated, separated, and continuously supplied to the vision-guided robotic picking area, reducing manual bottle feeding.
Vision Detection & Positioning System
The industrial vision system detects bottle position and orientation in real time and provides accurate positioning information to guide the robotic pick-and-place system.
Delta Robotic Pick-and-Place System
The Delta robot automatically picks up horizontally oriented bottles, corrects their orientation, rotates them upright, and places them accurately onto the output conveyor.
Automatic Bottle Orientation
The robotic system does more than simply transfer bottles. It automatically corrects bottle orientation and places each container upright before downstream conveying.
Bottle Holder Conveyor System
After orientation, each upright bottle is placed into an individual holder by the robotic arm and securely conveyed toward downstream packaging equipment.
Unpicked Bottle Detection & Rejection
Bottles that are not successfully picked by the robotic system are automatically detected and diverted away from the normal output line.
Bottle Recirculation System
Unpicked bottles are automatically returned to the feeding area for another detection and robotic picking cycle, reducing manual handling and unnecessary bottle waste.
Round, Square & Irregular Bottle Compatibility
The machine supports round, square, and irregular-shaped bottles within the specified dimensional range, providing greater flexibility for different container geometries.
Benefits
Vision-Guided Bottle Orientation
Industrial vision detects the position and orientation of randomly arranged bottles in real time, providing accurate positioning data for robotic handling.
Automatic Horizontal-to-Upright Bottle Handling
The robotic system picks up horizontally oriented bottles and automatically rotates them into an upright position before placing them onto the output conveyor.
Round, Square & Irregular Bottle Compatibility
Suitable for round, square, and irregular-shaped bottles within the documented dimensional range, providing flexibility for production lines handling different bottle geometries.
Automatic Bottle Recirculation
Unpicked bottles are automatically returned to the feeding area instead of requiring manual collection, supporting continuous operation and reducing manual handling.
≥40 Bottles/Min Production Capacity
The ZS-LPR40 single-head configuration provides a production capacity of ≥40 bottles/min.
≥70 Bottles/Min Dual-Head Option
For higher production requirements, the ZS-LPR70 dual-head configuration provides a production capacity of ≥70 bottles/min.
Individual Bottle Positioning
Each upright bottle is placed into an individual holder, helping stabilize the bottle during transfer to downstream equipment.
Reduced Manual Bottle Sorting
Automatic feeding, vision detection, robotic orientation, and bottle recirculation reduce repetitive manual bottle sorting and positioning.
Flexible Bottle Handling
Vision-guided robotic handling provides greater flexibility when working with compatible bottles of different shapes compared with systems designed around a single bottle geometry.
Production Line Integration
Upright bottles can be continuously transferred to downstream filling, capping, labeling, or other packaging equipment, making the machine suitable for integration into complete automatic bottling lines.
Application
Ideal for automatic unscrambling, orientation, and feeding of round, square, and irregular-shaped empty bottles with widths of 60–112 mm and heights of 130–330 mm. The ZS-LPR40 is particularly suitable for automated bottling and packaging lines where randomly loaded or horizontally oriented bottles need to be automatically detected, picked up, rotated upright, positioned in individual holders, and continuously supplied to downstream filling, capping, labeling, or other packaging equipment. Its vision-guided robotic handling and bottle recirculation systems provide a flexible solution for continuous bottle sorting and feeding before subsequent packaging processes.
