Description 

The ZONESUN ZS-MSZH10 is an automatic vertical cartoning machine designed for pharmaceutical vial packaging. It integrates carton feeding, forming, vial counting and loading, leaflet insertion, and carton closing into one continuous process. The vertical loading design is especially suitable for fragile glass vials. An optional tray loading function allows multiple vials to be arranged into trays before cartoning for better protection. Equipped with vacuum vial gripping, Keyence vision inspection, and reject system, it delivers reliable performance at 20–60 boxes/min with SUS304 stainless steel and GMP-oriented construction.
