Description

The ZONESUN ZS-SPL20 is a fully automatic high-speed plastic bottle bagging machine designed to replace traditional manual bag-loading operations. It automatically arranges bottles, pushes them into pre-positioned bags, and seals the bag mouth, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs. With high adjustability, it can package 100 ml-5 L plastic containers of various shapes, and the series reaches speeds up to 12000 bph. It can be integrated with blow-molding machines, labeling machines, and sleeving machines to achieve full-line automation from raw material to final packaging. The machine requires only one operator to place bags, while the system automatically loads bottles and heat-seals the bag.
