The ZONESUN ZS-FS009A is an automatic aluminum tube filling and sealing machine designed for packaging viscous and paste products such as toothpaste, ointment, cream and cosmetic formulations.
Built around a rotary working system, the machine integrates automatic tube feeding, piston filling, tube-end folding and sealing, and batch coding into one compact packaging process.
With a working speed of approximately 20–50 tubes/min, customizable filling volume and different tube sealing configurations, the ZS-FS009A provides a flexible automated solution for cosmetic, pharmaceutical, personal care and paste product packaging.
