Description

The ZONESUN ZS-JF45 Automatic Electronic Tablet & Capsule Counting and Bottle Filling Machine is designed for accurate counting and dispensing of roasted almonds, peanuts, honey roasted nuts, side dishes, snacks, gummies, candies, jelly, and other granular or solid food products into bottles. Using a photoelectric counting system and adjustable multi-stage vibrating platform, it separates and counts products before dispensing the preset quantity into each container. With a capacity of 10–45 bottles/min and an adjustable counting range of 2–9999 pcs/bottle, the machine also features a 16 L hopper, PLC touchscreen control, and 90° tiltable hopper for convenient operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
