DESCRIPTION

The ZONESUN ZS-FR900S is an upright automatic bag sealing machine designed for efficient and continuous sealing of plastic and laminated bags. Its vertical configuration makes it especially convenient for sealing heavier or bulkier packages, improving transport and handling. Equipped with a replaceable pressing wheel, it can imprint manufacturing dates, expiry dates, and lot numbers directly onto the seal. With adjustable temperature control and sealing speed, it accommodates various bag thicknesses and materials. Compact, durable, and easy to operate, it’s ideal for food, chemical, and hardware packaging lines.

Temperature and Function Controls

The control panel groups the emergency stop, heater, fan and temperature settings for machine operation.

CONTROL PANEL

Simple controls, up to 300℃, adjustable speed.

Continuous Heat-Sealing Blocks

The heated sealing blocks close the bag opening as it passes through the machine.

SEALING

Pure copper, fast heating, width: 6-10mm(Customizable), bag thickness: 0.02-0.8mm. 

Belt and Gear Transmission

The internal belt-and-gear drive transfers motion through the continuous sealing mechanism.

PRESSING

Replaceable wheel for pressing the manufacture date, expiry date, and lot number. 

Date-Imprinting Wheels

The embossing wheels print production information on the sealed package area.

EFFECT

The standard set includes 2 wheels.

Protective Sealing Cover

The transparent cover shields the moving sealing area while allowing the operator to view the process.
