Guangdong Shanghang Technology Limited is the operating and manufacturing entity behind the ZONESUN packaging machinery business. In these Terms, “ZONESUN,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating this website. The legal entity acting as the seller for a particular order must be identified in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, sales agreement, or order confirmation before payment. A payment collection entity may be different from the seller, as explained in Section 6A.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases made through it, together with the applicable order documents and the policies linked below. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you are acting for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer our products and services.

Section 1 – Eligibility and Permitted Use

You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or use this website under the supervision of an authorized parent or guardian where permitted by law.

You may not use our website, products, or services for unlawful purposes, infringe another party’s rights, or transmit malicious software. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the security of the website.

Section 2 – General Conditions

We may decline service or restrict access for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons, subject to applicable law and our obligations under accepted orders.

Machine performance depends on the product being processed, container and closure design, operating conditions, and selected configuration. Published output rates and application examples should be read together with their stated test conditions and specifications.

Before ordering, confirm the equipment configuration, material compatibility, filling range, power supply, capacity requirements, and any other essential specifications with us. Order-specific commitments should be recorded in the agreed order documents.

This section does not exclude our responsibility for statements or specifications that form part of the sales agreement, or any rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Section 4 – Prices and Service Changes

Website prices, product availability, and service offerings may change. Changes do not automatically amend an accepted order or a binding quotation within its stated validity period.

The applicable currency, equipment price, shipping charges, and any included taxes or duties should be confirmed at checkout or in the agreed quotation or invoice. Do not assume that import duties, local taxes, installation, or optional accessories are included unless expressly stated.

We may update or discontinue website features, subject to our existing contractual obligations and applicable law.

Section 5 – Products, Customization, and Order Specifications

Products are subject to availability and the configuration agreed for the order. Images and demonstration videos may show optional accessories or configurations that are not included in every purchase.

For customized machines and production lines, the agreed order documents should specify the equipment configuration, intended application, technical requirements, and any agreed testing, installation, training, or warranty services.

Please provide accurate information about your materials, containers, closures, labels, utilities, and production requirements. Requested changes after order confirmation may affect price, delivery time, or technical suitability and require written agreement.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, applicable order terms, and mandatory legal rights. This section does not create an automatic exclusion of returns or refunds for customized equipment.

Section 6 – Orders, Billing, and Account Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current contact, billing, and delivery information. Please notify us promptly of changes that could affect your order.

We may request reasonable information to verify an order or payment. We may decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, a material pricing or specification error is identified, supply is unavailable, or fulfillment would violate applicable law. Any cancellation remains subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

If we need to change or cancel your order, we will contact you using the details provided and explain the available options, including any applicable refund. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge an increased price without your agreement.

Section 6A – Payment Collection Arrangements

Seller and Payment Collection Entity

The seller identified in your order documents and the entity receiving payment may be different. For orders covered by an authorized payment collection arrangement, the designated collection entity receives payment on behalf of the relevant seller.

The applicable seller and payment recipient will be identified in the checkout information, invoice, or written payment instructions before payment. These arrangements apply only to orders for which the collection entity has been designated.

Hong Kong Payment Collection Entity

ZONESUN Technology Limited

ZONESUN Technology Limited is incorporated in Hong Kong SAR and serves as a payment collection entity for certain international ZONESUN transactions, as specified in the relevant order documents or payment instructions.

Authorized PayPal Payment Collection Entity

Foshan Nanhai Shengtao Carton Factory is authorized to collect PayPal payments for certain ZONESUN customer orders under an authorized payment collection arrangement with the relevant seller. Where this arrangement applies, the payment instructions for your order will identify this entity as the designated PayPal payment recipient.

The recipient name shown by PayPal may therefore differ from the ZONESUN brand name. Please check the recipient details against your order’s payment instructions before completing payment. If the name or any other payment detail is unclear, contact us at info@zonesun.com before paying.

“Authorized” refers to authorization under the arrangement with the relevant seller. It does not mean that PayPal has endorsed or certified the arrangement.

Order Fulfillment and Customer Support

An authorized payment collection arrangement does not, by itself, replace the seller identified in your order documents or transfer that seller’s obligations for equipment supply, fulfillment, warranty, or after-sales service to the collection entity.

Payment received by the designated collection entity under the agreed arrangement will be credited toward the corresponding order, subject to payment clearance and any subsequent reversal or refund.

Refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, the applicable order terms, payment-provider requirements, and applicable law. This arrangement does not limit any applicable rights under PayPal’s terms or mandatory law.

Section 7 – Third-Party Tools and Payment Services

Our website may offer tools and services supplied by third parties, including payment providers. Their use may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices.

We do not control the availability or independent decisions of those providers. This does not remove our responsibilities for your order or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience or reference. Unless expressly stated, they do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Please review the terms and privacy practices of external websites before using them. We are not responsible for content or services independently provided by third parties, except to the extent required by law.

Technical drawings, product formulations, business information, and other materials supplied for a quotation or order are not treated as public marketing submissions. Their handling is subject to the applicable confidentiality arrangements and our Privacy Policy.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or otherwise violates these Terms.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Payment providers may process payment information under their own privacy notices and terms.

Section 11 – Errors and Corrections

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate specifications, pricing mistakes, or other omissions on the website.

If an error materially affects an order you have placed, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. Any change or cancellation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the agreed order terms.

Section 12 – Prohibited Activities

You must not use the website to commit fraud, submit false information, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, distribute malicious code, gain unauthorized access, collect personal information unlawfully, or interfere with website security or operation.

We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access where appropriate, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing removes mandatory consumer rights or relieves the seller of its contractual obligations for an accepted order.

Section 14 – Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify us against reasonable third-party claims and costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the website or infringement of a third party’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own breach, negligence, or misconduct.

These Terms, the policies referenced here, and the applicable agreed order documents form the agreement relevant to your use of the website and purchases.

Where an expressly agreed order-specific term conflicts with a general website term, the order-specific term governs that issue, subject to mandatory law. Payment instructions identify the designated recipient and do not, by themselves, amend the seller’s other obligations.

A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud or any rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Section 18 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to any different governing-law provision expressly agreed in the applicable sales agreement and any mandatory laws that apply to your transaction.

This provision does not deprive consumers of protections or legal remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Section 19 – Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Updates apply prospectively and do not automatically change the agreed terms of previously accepted orders.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before changes take effect.
