Description 

The ZONESUN ZS-DM1 automatic denesting machine removes prefilled syringes from nest tubs and transfers them one by one downstream filling and stoppering lines. It supports BD, BG, SCHOTT, SCF, and other formats, with custom options for special specs. Built on SUS304 frame, product-contact parts are SUS316L and medical-grade silicone to meet pharmaceutical standards. PLC with touchscreen enables real-time monitoring, with fault detection and alarms for easy maintenance. Modular design allows standalone or inline integration. Optional Grade A laminar flow hood available for higher cleanliness.
