ZONESUN ZS-FALU5 Automatic Syrup and Liquid Food Bottling Line

The ZONESUN ZS-FALU5 is a fully automatic bottling line designed for syrups, honey, liquid seasonings, flavorings and other free-flowing or viscous food products. It integrates automatic bottle unscrambling, servo piston filling, cap feeding and tightening, and round-bottle labeling into one continuous production process.

The servo-driven piston filling system provides accurate and repeatable dosing, while anti-drip filling nozzles help keep bottles and the production area clean. Filling range, nozzle quantity, conveyor layout and capping system can be customized according to the product viscosity, bottle dimensions, cap type and required production capacity.
