Feeding & Orientation
Feeds bulk syringes via an incline elevator and vibratory bowl to reject misaligned units, rotating them smoothly into a horizontal position via an indexing wheel for packaging.

Film Forming & Pouch Creation
Converting roll stock film into continuously formed tubular pouches with adjustable bag lengths, eliminating the need for pre-made bags and reducing material costs.

Filling & Loading
Precisely loading oriented syringes into newly formed pouches through servo-synchronized filling, ensuring stable one-product-per-bag packaging and preventing empty or jams.

Sealing & Cutting
Sealing pouches with constant-temperature heat sealing and performing precision cutting for airtight, neatly finished packages.
