BOWL FEEDER

The machine is equipped with a vibrating bowl that serves as the cork delivery system. The corks are propelled onto the main unit through a pneumatic system. This innovative method of cork delivery enables quick and precise placement of the corks onto the bottles, optimizing the overall efficiency of the machine.

CORKING TURRET

The corking turret is responsible for securely sealing each bottle with a wooden cork. It ensures a tight and reliable seal, preserving the quality and freshness of the contents inside the bottle.

WIRE-HOODING TURRET

When the bottle reaches the wire-hooding turret, the wire-hood closures are automatically grabbed and placed onto a rotating disc. As the bottle passes through the wire-hooding turret, the wire-hooding mechanism engages. It pulls the wire-hood closure tightly to secure it in place, ensuring a snug fit and a reliable seal.

REVOLVER MAGAZINE 

The wire-hood closures are loaded into the machine using a revolver wire-hood magazine. This magazine functions as a clip-like device that holds the wire-hood closures in place, making it convenient for the operator to load the closures in a sequential order.
