The ZONESUN ZS-FS420E is a fully automatic VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) packaging machine designed for powdered products. It features an integrated elevator and auger-filling system that efficiently transports powder from a large hopper to the filling station. The machine automatically feeds film, forms bags vertically, fills them with precision, and seals them securely—all controlled by a PLC system for consistent and accurate operation.

 With a filling range of 500–2000ml and a speed of 25–60 bags per minute, it supports bag sizes up to 250mm wide and 300mm long. Ideal for food, chemical, and pharmaceutical powders, this machine offers high efficiency, customization, and reliability for modern packaging lines.
