The ZONESUN ZS-TB60 is a semi-automatic pneumatic labeling machine designed for applying self-adhesive labels accurately onto flat product surfaces. It is suitable for boxes, cartons, pouches, bags, lids, cards and the flat sides of square bottles and containers.

Equipped with a pneumatic lifting labeling head, photoelectric label sensor and adjustable worktable, the machine provides stable label feeding and consistent placement with an accuracy of up to ±0.5 mm. The foot-switch control allows operators to position products with both hands before activating each labeling cycle, making operation simple, controlled and efficient.

With a working speed of approximately 25–40 products per minute, the ZS-TB60 is ideal for small- and medium-batch packaging operations. Normal-label and transparent-label configurations are available, along with an optional date printer for printing production dates, expiration dates and batch numbers during labeling. It is widely used in the food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, electronics and logistics industries.
