Description

The ZONESUN ZS-ULP18 is a fully automatic rotary bottle unscrambler designed to sort, orient, and flip disordered plastic bottles such as PE, PP, PET, and HDPE. With a maximum capacity of up to 6000 bottles per hour, it integrates an automatic feeding system, sorting mechanism, flipping unit, and conveyor transfer section to deliver bottles in a stable, upright, and correctly oriented direction to downstream equipment. Equipped with a PLC-based smart control system, the machine automatically adjusts its operating speed to synchronize with the filling or capping line. Rotary structure ensures high efficiency, smooth bottle handling, and reliable performance for medium to large-scale production lines.
