1. Should I choose air rinsing or water washing?

Air rinsing may suit new bottles that mainly need loose dust removed without adding moisture. Water washing is an option when the container requires a wet cleaning step. The choice depends on bottle condition and your process requirements.

2. When is ultrasonic washing suitable?

Ultrasonic washing can be considered for small bottles or vials when the required cleaning process calls for it. Share the container dimensions, material and cleaning requirements so we can assess a suitable configuration.

3. Do bottles always need to be dried after washing?

No. A drying stage is selected according to the washing method and the requirements of the next production step. Air-rinsed bottles may not need the same treatment as water-washed bottles.

4. Can one system handle different bottle sizes?

Many systems can be configured for more than one bottle format, but the changeover method and supported size range depend on the machine. Provide samples or drawings for every bottle you plan to run.

5. Can the equipment connect to our existing filling line?
