The ZONESUN ZS-WB02A is an automatic water-and-air bottle rinser designed for cleaning glass and plastic bottles before filling. Operating at 30–150 BPM, it uses a sanitary pump to pressurize water for internal rinsing, combined with air injection to complete both water and air cleaning processes.

Containers are gripped and inverted over rinsing nozzles for thorough internal cleaning, ensuring high hygiene standards for food, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical production lines. The machine supports bottles of various shapes and sizes, offers simple changeover without replacing parts, and can work independently or be integrated into a full filling and packaging line. Its modular POM conveyor enables flexible horizontal and vertical movement for compact layout design.
