Description
The ZONESUN ZS-ASP6 is a semi-automatic 6-head liquid filling machine designed for stand-up pouches. Equipped with a diaphragm pump, it delivers up to 5000 ml per head per minute with ±1% accuracy. The machine features stainless steel construction, digital control, and a unique filling valve design that prevents dripping. With adjustable pouch positioning, foot pedal activation, and handheld capping integration, it provides flexible, efficient, and reliable performance for small to medium-scale production lines, applied in fruit jelly, juice, sauces, condiments, edible oils, detergents, and other liquid or semi-liquid pouch products.
