The ZONESUN ZS‑GW260D is an automatic bag‑feeding packaging machine equipped with a high‑precision 10‑head combination weigher. Running at 10–50 bags per minute, it handles 50 g to 5 kg of powders, ultra‑fine powders, and granules, including materials such as milk powder, feed, rice flour, sugar, MSG, solid beverages, glucose, tea leaves, herbal tea, nuts, dried fruits, and similar irregular granular products. 

With a horizontal linear layout and Siemens PLC control, it ensures stable operation, accurate weighing, and efficient bag handling across pickup, opening, filling, sealing, and outfeed. It also provides excellent compatibility, adapting to irregular bag shapes and allowing quick format changes without additional accessories.

ARRANGING & INSERTING
Puts bags neatly into master bags (200-300 bags). For special-shaped bags such as spout bags, completes the operation with the conveyor belt.

CLAMPING DEVICE

Clamps the bag from bottom to top inside the bag slot, then transfers it to the coding machine for accurate date coding.

CODE PRINTER
Prints the date on the bag using Arabic characters; Should be customized when special characters are required.

OPENING DEVICE
Bag opening device through the air pressure pump device,so that the suction cup automatically hold the bag, so as to complete the bag opening operation process.

FEEDING SYSTEM
The machine has 3 servomotors built-in, automatic induction bag, no bag filling,accurate feeding, Packing precision error is less than ±0.5-2g.

SEALING DEVICE
Uses sealing rods for heat sealing at 100-190 °C; special products may require secondary sealing to ensure tight and durable closure.
