Description 

The ZONESUN ZS-PT1000 is an automatic rotary pulp molding machine for high-efficiency production of egg trays, fruit trays, and other paper pulp packaging. It mixes raw materials with water to produce a consistent pulp slurry, which is then formed into wet trays via vacuum suction and rotary continuous forming technology with quick-change molds. The wet trays require downstream drying to become finished products. Optional front-end pulping and drying systems can be added for a fully integrated production line. With capacities from 800 to 1000 pcs/hour (scalable in the series), the ZS-PT1000 is a core component of a complete pulp molding line.
