The ZONESUN ZS-512F is an automatic bottom real-time printing labeling machine designed for bottom labeling. Running at 20-26 pcs/min, it integrates real-time printing, labeling, RFID writing & verification, and automatic rejection. With its rotary positioning conveyor and dual-belt stabilizer, products are conveyed precisely into the turntable rotation unit for accurate bottom labeling. The system ensures stable operation, precise alignment, and consistent labeling quality, making it ideal for automated production lines requiring traceability and defect elimination.

Combines PC software control with PLC operation to manage label editing, machine running, and quick adjustment of key labeling parameters.
Prints variable data instantly when a signal is received, outputting real‑time dates, serial numbers, and dynamic barcodes or QR codes onto blank labels.
Applies the peeled label to the product bottom from below, positioning it accurately at the center as the item passes through.
Writes data into the bottle’s embedded RFID element and verifies after labeling whether the hidden information has been successfully recorded.
Removes products whose information was not successfully recorded during RFID writing, ensuring only correctly encoded items continue downstream.
Stabilizes products during conveying, preventing any shifting so they enter the turntable rotation unit smoothly and in precise alignment.
