Description

The ZONESUN ZS-CDB2 is an automatic carbonated beverage bottling and production line designed for soda, sparkling water, carbonated soft drinks, and other CO₂ beverages. The system integrates beverage preparation, cooling, carbonation, isobaric filling, and related bottling processes into a coordinated production solution.

Designed for approximately 900 bottles per hour, the line uses precise syrup and treated-water mixing, controlled CO₂ carbonation, and low-temperature isobaric filling to help reduce foaming and maintain consistent carbonation. The system can be configured according to bottle size, beverage formulation, required output, and downstream packaging requirements.

AIR-COOLED CHILLER
