The ZONESUN ZS-SVXG01 is an automatic capping machine for jars and bottles in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, daily chemical, and seasoning production. It features dual servo-controlled capping heads with adjustable torque settings and pneumatic grippers for stable cap handling and quick changeovers. With a speed of approximately 2100–2300 BPH, it stores parameter data for fast recall when switching between different specifications. Interchangeable tooling parts accommodate various bottle and cap sizes. Constructed of SUS304 stainless steel and equipped with an automatic cap elevator, it supports continuous cap feeding and can operate as a standalone unit or integrate with filling, labeling, and other packaging equipment.
