The ZONESUN ZS-TBRH100 Horizontal Round Tube Labeling Machine is engineered for precision labeling of upright bottles and small cylindrical containers. Its innovative infeed mechanism gently inverts bottles and transfers them horizontally onto a roller conveyor for smooth label application. After labeling, a diverting system guides the bottles onto a lower tray conveyor, where a motor-driven starwheel accurately positions them into trays. With a labeling speed of up to 100 bottles per minute and ±1mm accuracy, this machine is ideal for pharmaceutical vials, cosmetic tubes, and lab sample containers.
