Automatic Cap Feeding and Screw Capping
The ZONESUN ZS-XG1870V Benchtop Automatic Bottle Capping Machine combines a vibratory cap feeder, transfer chute, bottle conveyor and four rubber capping wheels. It arranges compatible caps and delivers them to the capping station, reducing manual cap placement in a compact packaging workflow.
Designed for suitable screw-cap bottles used in cosmetics, personal care, beverages and other liquid-product packaging, the machine has a listed output of 20–40 bottles/min, depending on the bottle and cap. The vibratory bowl and cap-feeding track are configured for the approved closure; compatibility must be checked using actual samples.
Key Features
- Vibratory bowl feeding: arranges and supplies compatible caps to the transfer track.
- Four-wheel tightening: rubber wheels rotate suitable screw caps onto bottles.
- PLC control panel: adjusts operating parameters; confirm required interface language.
- Sensor-based bottle detection: coordinates the operating cycle with bottle arrival.
- Packaging line integration: can be matched with suitable filling and labeling equipment.

Machine Details and Applications

Integrated Cap Feeding and Capping
The vibratory bowl feeds caps along the chute toward the conveyor-mounted capping station. Coordinate cap supply and bottle spacing for the approved container format.

Bottle and Closure Applications
The illustrated examples include small screw-cap containers, beverage bottles and essential-oil bottles. Cap shape, bottle stability and closure handling must be tested before confirming suitability.

Specifications and Main Components
The diagram identifies the vibratory bowl, bottle separator, sensor, cap feeder, height-adjustment knob, capping assembly and operating panel. Confirm both the capping unit and customized feeder dimensions when planning the layout.

Controls, Capping Wheels and Bottle Detection
The PLC interface supports timing and operating adjustments. Four rubber wheels tighten compatible caps, while the photoelectric sensor detects bottle arrival. Set the head height, wheel spacing and sensor sensitivity for the actual bottle and cap.

Conveyor and Vibratory Bowl Adjustment
The conveyor transfers bottles through the station. The bowl and track are customized to the cap geometry, and vibration amplitude can be adjusted to suit feeding conditions.

Front and Side Views
These views show the relationship between the bowl feeder, inclined cap chute and capping unit. Allow working space for cap replenishment, setup and maintenance.

Rear Views and Installation Access
The rear views show the feeder support, conveyor drive and service connections. Confirm electrical supply, compressed air and access clearances before installation.
