Description
The ZONESUN ZS-XG440P is an automatic double-head tracking capping machine designed for continuous high-speed bottle capping. Operating at 30–55 bottles/min, it integrates automatic cap feeding, cap transfer and pickup, cap gripping, tracking, and tightening into one continuous process. The dual capping heads follow moving bottles during tightening, reducing stop-and-go operation and supporting smoother, more efficient production. It can also be integrated with upstream and downstream packaging equipment for automated production lines.
