Description

This advanced refrigeration tank equipment consists of a tank body and a compressor, designed for efficient and reliable frozen storage. The tank wall utilizes innovative honeycomb Miller plates for direct heat exchange with the material, ensuring rapid temperature reduction. The refrigeration compressor adopts American Valley Wheel fully enclosed compressor units and imported expansion valves, providing stable performance and high energy efficiency. The solenoid valve is equipped with a reliable midpoint protector, preventing compressor damage caused by overload or system failure. The tank body is made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel and comes with a pressurized automatic rotary cleaning CIP spray head and automatic stirring device, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness. The high-performance polyurethane foam insulation layer provides excellent thermal insulation, minimizing energy loss.

NOTE

Before use, please make sure the material temperature is below 45°C before feeding it into the cooling tank.
The compressor will start working only when the temperature is within this range, allowing the material to cool down to 2–6°C.
If the material is too hot, the compressor may fail to start or the cooling performance may be affected.
