Description 

The ZONESUN ZS-FS500K4 is a high-speed automatic 4-lane vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) packaging machine designed for free-flowing granules such as salt, sugar, sweeteners, saline packets, and water testing reagent sachets. It uses volumetric cup dosing combined with vacuum feeding for continuous operation, achieving around 120 bags per minute. The machine performs film forming, filling, vertical & horizontal sealing, cutting, and optional easy-tear notching and date coding in one integrated process. It is ideal for efficient, high-volume production of small sachets in food, seasoning, and chemical industries.
