ZONESUN ZS-SUV1 Automatic Industrial UV Inkjet Printer with Paging Machine for Flat Pouches and Paper Boxes
Description
The ZONESUN ZS-SUV1 industrial UV inkjet printer has an integrated paging machine that separates stacked flat premade pouches and paper boxes before downward coding for UDI and product identification. The paging unit transfers flat packs onto a 330 mm conveyor; block products can use the printer without paging when separation is unnecessary. A plasma surface-treatment unit prepares low-surface-energy plastic surfaces before printing, helping improve UV ink adhesion. UV ink cures in milliseconds under UV light, allowing products to enter the next process without drying. The printer produces text, dates, barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers, and database information at 300–1200 dpi. Printing speed is 0–120 m/min and depends on the product. Photoelectric triggering and encoder synchronisation control print timing and position.

Key Features
Automatic Paging and Feeding System: Separates stacked flat premade pouches and paper boxes before printing, helping feed products individually into the printing area. The paging unit can be omitted when product separation is unnecessary.
High-Speed Industrial UV Inkjet Printing: Supports printing speeds of 0–120 m/min, depending on product characteristics and operating conditions, for efficient coding on compatible packaging materials.
Plasma Surface-Treatment Unit: Treats product surfaces before printing to help improve UV ink adhesion on low-surface-energy plastic materials, including PP and PE.
Downward Printing Head: Prints directly onto products or packaging moving beneath the print head. The system supports no-plate printing and single-piece printing.
Instant UV Ink Curing: Uses ultraviolet light to cure UV ink in milliseconds, allowing printed products to proceed to the next production process without a conventional drying wait.
Flexible Data Editing System: Supports text, dates, barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers, database information, and other variable printing content.
UDI and Traceability Integration: Supports UDI data import, real-time database calls, and traceability integration for product identification and information management.
Photoelectric Triggering and Encoder Synchronization: Coordinates printing timing and position according to product movement, supporting consistent code placement during continuous operation.
Benefits
High-Speed Coding Performance — Printing speeds of up to 120 m/min help support efficient production, with actual speed depending on the product and operating conditions.
Clear, High-Resolution Printing — A resolution range of 300–1200 dpi supports product identification, variable information, and machine-readable codes.
Improved Ink Adhesion — Plasma pretreatment helps improve UV ink adhesion on compatible low-surface-energy plastics such as PP and PE.
Reduced Post-Printing Waiting Time — Millisecond UV curing allows products to move to subsequent processing without waiting for conventional ink drying.
Reduced Manual Product Separation — The paging unit automatically separates stacked flat pouches and paper boxes, supporting continuous feeding during normal operation.
Flexible Product Handling — The paging configuration can be omitted when products do not require individual separation, adapting the system to different feeding requirements.
Enhanced Variable Data Management — UDI data import, real-time database calls, and traceability integration support applications requiring product identification and information management.
Automated Printing Control — Photoelectric triggering and encoder synchronization coordinate print timing and position on moving products.
Application
The ZONESUN ZS-SUV1 is suitable for industrial coding and variable data printing on flat premade pouches, paper boxes, and other compatible packaging products. Typical applications include printing production dates, serial numbers, product identification codes, barcodes, QR codes, and UDI information before subsequent inspection, packing, or other production processes. For compatible low-surface-energy plastic packaging materials such as PP and PE, the integrated plasma surface-treatment unit helps improve UV ink adhesion before printing. Its UV curing section then cures the printed ink in milliseconds, supporting continuous production workflows that require efficient coding and product identification.

Paging Unit
The paging unit separates stacked flat premade pouches and paper boxes before printing. Block products can use the printer without the paging configuration when separation is unnecessary.

Plasma Surface-Treatment Unit
The plasma unit treats the product surface before printing. Plasma pretreatment helps improve UV ink adhesion on low-surface-energy plastics such as PP and PE.

Downward Printing Head
The downward printing head applies codes to products or packaging moving below the print position. The printer supports no-plate printing and single-piece printing.

UV Curing Section
UV ink cures under ultraviolet light in milliseconds. This allows printed products to proceed to the next process without a drying wait.

Data Editing System
The printing system supports text, dates, barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers, database information, UDI data import, real-time database calls, and traceability integration.
