The ZONESUN ZS-TB190 is a semi-automatic labeling machine designed for single- or double-sided labeling of round bottles and cylindrical containers. It supports both automatic and foot-pedal operation, with adjustable labeling speed and label spacing for flexible production. The photoelectric sensor accurately detects labels to reduce missed labeling and material waste, while the user-friendly control panel simplifies parameter adjustment. With a labeling speed of 15–35 bottles per minute and an accuracy of ±1 mm, it is suitable for PET bottles, glass bottles, tin cans and other cylindrical containers used in the food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical and brewing industries. An optional date coder enables labeling and batch/date printing in one process.
