Description

The ZONESUN ZS-DDP350 Automatic Rotary Blister Packaging Machine is designed for forming and sealing plastic blister packs with paperboard backing for hardware, stationery, toys, electronics, cosmetics, medical devices, automotive parts, kitchenware, and other consumer or industrial products. The machine heats plastic film and uses combined positive and negative pressure to form customized blister cavities, which are transferred through a rotary indexing table for blister loading, manual product placement, paper backing placement, heat sealing, and finished-pack discharge. With a cutting frequency of 10–25 times/min, a maximum forming area of 340 × 160 mm, and an easy mold-change design, it is especially suitable for flexible production involving multiple products and frequent packaging changeovers.
