Description
The ZONESUN ZS-MD1010 Automatic Checkweigher with Rejection is designed for continuous in-motion weight inspection of packaged products. Each item is weighed on the conveyor, compared with the preset acceptable range and automatically rejected when it falls outside the configured tolerance.
The standard single-weighing range is ≤200g, with a listed weighing accuracy of ±0.1g and maximum speed of 150 pcs/min. Actual dynamic weighing performance depends on product size, spacing, conveyor vibration, environmental conditions and calibration.
